Johnathan Rhodes Fieldmouse, of fine English lineage with impeccable manners, was out for his usual afternoon stroll. Little did he know, his life was about to take a most unexpected turn.
While strolling, he came upon a piece of luncheon meat, which was extremely tasty. He followed his nose, and it led him to what he believed was a picnic tin.
There he feasted and fell asleep. Little did he know that tin was beng carried aboard a ship destined to arrive in New York..
