Johnathan is no ordinary mouse-at least, he doesn't believe he's a mouse at all. With a proud name, a jacket, and a proper English upbrining, Johnathan finds himself in quite a predicatment after accidentally travelting across the pond to New York City inside a lunchbox. Thoughtful, polite, and bit bewidldered by city life, he's determned to find his way home-until he meets a young girl named Emma, and everthing begins to change.
More advntures await Johnathan in Book 2, as he meets some surprising new friends in the big city.
Emma
Emma is a gentle and imaginative young girl living in a brownstone in New York City. One afternoon, while tending to the garden behind the house, she spots a shy litte creature peeking out from behind the leaves. To her amazement, the mouse speaks-explaining, ever so politely, that he cannot properly introduce himself without suitable attire, and wonders if she might have a scrap of fabric to spare.
Spellbound and uttlerly captivated by his dignified manner, Emma gladly helps. From that magical moment on, their friendship takes root, leading to an unforgettabe adventure filled wih warmth, wonder, and the beginnin of something truly special.
